About
Kateryna Portmann is a senior product and technology leader working at the intersection of robotics, AI, and responsible innovation. She currently serves as Senior Product Manager at ANYbotics, a global leader in autonomous robotics, where she guides strategic product direction and cross-functional teams to bring advanced robotic systems into complex industrial environments.

With experience spanning robotics and digital health, Portmann has led global product portfolios and data-driven platforms, including her role as Global Product Lead for Connected Care and Data at Hocoma AG. Her work focuses on helping organizations translate emerging technologies into scalable, real-world solutions that deliver business value while addressing ethical, operational, and human considerations.

Beyond product leadership, Portmann is a recognized voice in AI governance, responsible automation, and inclusive technology design. She co-leads the Swiss chapter of Women in Robotics and regularly engages with industry leaders on how organizations can adopt advanced technologies responsibly while building diverse, future-ready teams.

Portmann also teaches Robotics and AI in the CAS Future Tech program at HWZ – Zurich University of Applied Sciences, sharing practical frameworks and insights with executives and emerging leaders on how to navigate technological complexity and lead responsibly in an era of rapid transformation.
She holds an MBA from Steinbeis University Berlin and advanced degrees in international business and social sciences, bringing a global, systems-level perspective to technology leadership.
